Attention All Middle School Girls Intending to Play Soccer

August 20th, 2015

Information packets are available in the front lobby of the school. They contain all of the forms you will need to play this year. Please hand in physical forms to Mrs. Dispoto as soon as possible to ensure that you are cleared to play. All other paperwork MUST be turned into Ms. Serzan on the first day of school. You can find her in HS 8 across the hall from the Media Center. Please not that all incoming seventh graders and eighth graders who DID NOT play a sport for the school last year must have IMPACT testing, which will be on Friday, September 10, 2015, in the Media Center.

Middle School Cross Country: Important Information

August 4th, 2015

There will be a mandatory meeting on Tuesday, September 8th, at 2:30 p.m. in middle school room 18.  All students who wish to run must attend.  In order to participate, you must have a physical and complete all of the necessary paperwork.    This includes the following: Physical Part A and Part B, IMPACT testing form, Pay to Participate, Cardiac sign-off, and the Uniform Code of Conduct.  You may access these forms from the school website under athletics.  Please schedule your physical and complete the necessary paperwork before the start of the school year.

A note on Random Drug Testing – High school students only

If you plan to  participate in athletics, extra-curricular clubs/activities, or obtain a parking permit,  you are required to comply with North Warren’s Random Drug Testing program.  If you have previously filled out a consent form you DO NOT need to fill out another.  Only one form is necessary for your entire high school career.  If you are new to the school, or if you are an incoming freshman, you will need to fill out the Student Random Drug Testing Consent form and return the form to Mrs. Blanchette in the main office.
