The health office is designed to assist any student who becomes ill in school or needs to take medication prescribed by their doctor. Parents can assist by keeping their  students at home when they are ill.  In the event that your son/daughter does become ill in school, please make sure that our office has the most recent contact phone numbers and medical information.  This web site has been designed to provide school guideline information as well as the ability to download any health forms you may need.
