Title: Payroll/HR Coordinator
The North Warren Regional School District is seeking a detail-oriented, confidential, and service-focused Payroll/HR Coordinator to support payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and personnel data integrity for our district staff. This role plays a key part in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high standard of support to employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify, process, and maintain payroll transactions, adjustments, deductions, and reports
- Maintain accurate employee demographic, compensation, and benefits information in HRIS/payroll systems
- Serve as a primary point of contact for staff payroll and benefits inquiries
- Coordinate open enrollment, benefits changes, and carrier communications
- Assist with onboarding documentation and regulatory compliance requirements (I-9, pension, etc.)
- Uphold strict standards of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Support Business Office with special projects as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma (college or business coursework strongly preferred)
- Excellent technology skills, including advanced experience with Windows & Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Calendar, Gmail)
- Knowledge of school district statutory / regulatory requirements — or ability to rapidly learn
- Outstanding written, verbal, and professional communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Ability to act with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times
- Demonstrated team-minded, solutions-oriented mindset and commitment to accuracy
- Continual learner with initiative and strong service orientation
- Required: NJ criminal history background check & proof of U.S. citizenship or work authorization
Salary and Benefits: Competitive and commensurate with experience, per Board determination.

Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School-Based
Location: North Warren Regional School District, Blairstown, NJ
Position Type: 6 hours/week

North Warren Regional is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our
multidisciplinary team and help us provide effective, compassionate, and evidence-based
behavioral services within the school environment. Our specialized programs are designed to
provide individualized support to students with autism spectrum disorder, emotional and
behavioral challenges, and developmental disabilities.
Position Summary:
The BCBA will work collaboratively with teachers, paraprofessionals, CST personnel,
administrators, and families to develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs),
conduct assessments, provide staff training, and support student success. This position plays a
critical role in improving student outcomes and promoting a positive school culture.
Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
● Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and classroom observations
● Collaborate with IEP teams to support students’ behavioral and academic goals
● Provide on-site training and coaching for teachers and support staff
● Collect, analyze, and report on behavioral data to guide decision making
● Support crisis management and de-escalation planning as needed
Qualifications:
● Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
● NJ State licensure or certification, if required by [State] for school based practice
● Experience in school or educational settings strongly preferred
● Knowledge of IEP processes and special education best practices
● Strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills

District is a 7-12 Regional School District in Warren County, New Jersey, offering a variety of
Spanish language courses.
QUALIFICATIONS:
● Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
● Valid NJ Instructional Certificate - Spanish (CE, CEAS, Provisional, or Standard)
