MARCHING BAND SCHEDULE 10/15 – 10/26
– TUESDAY 10/15 – rehearsal 2:45 PM to 4:30 PM (ending early)
*PEP BAND – HOME BOY’S SOCCER GAME* (sign-ups in Band Rm.)
– 4:30 PM – dinner (bring $5.00 for pizza)
– 5:45 PM – line-up
– 6:00 PM – kick-off (NWR Varsity Field)
– 8:30 PM – dismissal
– WEDNESDAY 10/16 – rehearsal 2:45 PM to 5:00 PM (no evening rehearsal)
– THURSDAY 10/17 – rehearsal 2:45 PM to 5:00 PM
– FRIDAY 10/18 – 2:45 PM to 4:30 PM rehearsal
– 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM dinner ($5.00 for pizza) DO HOMEWORK!!!
– 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM uniform, hair, & make-up inspection
HOME FOOTBALL GAME
– 6:00 PM – load trailer
– 6:15 PM – line-up
– 7:00 PM – kick-off (Banner)
– 7:45 PM – performance (Half-time Show)
– 9:30 PM – dismissal
– SATURDAY 10/19 “NWR HOME SHOW”
– 9:30 AM – Honors Band – Silver & Gold squads (National Anthem)
– Battery (cadence for Awards)
– 10:00 AM – sectionals (mandatory)
– 10:30 AM – rehearsal
– 1:30 PM – lunch (bing a bagged lunch)
– 2:15 PM – get dressed in full uniform for pictures
– 2:30 PM *PICTURES * FULL UNIFORM Picture forms are in the Band Room.
(all members must be in the group pictures)
– 4:00 PM – dinner break (list of responsibilities posted)
– 5:55 PM – Honors Band line-up
– 6:00 PM – National Anthem (Honors Band)
– 7:15 PM Parents and Seniors at gate
– 7:25 PM – Intermission – Senior Recognition
– 7:30 PM – all members report to band room for warm-up
– 7:35 PM – tuning / run through
– 7:45 PM – basics front courtyard
– 7:55 PM – line-up
– 8:25 PM – PERFORMANCE North Warren – exhibition
– 8:55 PM – Awards Ceremony

– 9:30 PM – clean stadium & school (responsibilities posted)
