MARCHING BAND SCHEDULE 10/8 – 10/13

– TUESDAY 10/9 – rehearsal 2:45 PM to 5:00 PM

– WEDNESDAY 10/10 – rehearsal 2:45 PM to 4:30 PM
– dinner & a movie (bring $5.00 for pizza) Do Homework!!!
– sectionals 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM (mandatory)
– rehearsal 6:00 PM to 8:45 PM (under the lights)

– THURSDAY 10/11 – rehearsal 2:45 PM to 5:00 PM

– FRIDAY 10/12 – 2:45 PM to 4:00 PM rehearsal
*PEP BAND – FOOTBALL GAME AWAY*  (sign-ups in Band Rm.)
– 4:00 PM – dinner & a movie (bring $5.00 for pizza)
– 5:15 PM – departure (wear Annabel Lee tees)
– 10:45 PM – return NWR

– SATURDAY 10/13  USBand COMPETITION –Mt. Olive HS, Flanders NJ
  – 12:30 PM – sectionals
– 1:00 PM – rehearsal
– 4:15 PM – load truck
– 5:30 PM – load buses
– 5:45 PM – departure NWR
– 6:30PM – arrival at Mt. Olive HS (dinner at the concession stand)
– 8:10 AM unload buses
– 8:25 PM move to practice area
– 8:35 PM sectional (tuning)
– 8:50 PM run through
– 9:05 PM basics and shoes (load trailer)
– 9:20 PM move to gate
– 9:35 PM – Performance
– 10:35 PM – Awards
– 11:00 PM – departure Mt. Olive HS
– 11:45 PM – arrival back at NWR (unload truck)
– 12 mid-night – dismissal

October 15th – Monday, 6:30 to 9:00 “Boys Soccer Night”  (Pep Band – Home) rehearsal 2:45 to 5:00
October 16th – Tuesday, 6:30 to 9:00 “ Girls Soccer Night” (Pep Band – Home) rehearsal 2:45 to 5:00
*Please note attendance is mandatory for all members, (band, pit, & guard).  However, you only need to attend one of the games.  Sign-ups will be in the band room.  Thanks, Mr. Z
October 17th – Wednesday – No rehearsal
October 18th – Thursday rehearsal 2:45 to 4:30, dinner break, rehearsal 5:30 to 8:45 (under the lights)
