Pre-Participation physical evaluations (Sports physicals) will be collected on the following dates in the lobby of the school. The nurse and athletic trainer will also be available for any questions regarding registration at that time:
- July 16 7am-11am)
- July 23 (7am-11am)
- Aug 1 (7am-11am)
All physicals must be given to the nurse or athletic trainer.
All originals must be handed in to the athletic trainer or nurse on one of these dates listed above. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact the athletic trainer or the nurse to discuss.
