The Warren County Library is having a bookmark design contest for kids in Kindergarten – 12th grade! Bookmarks are to illustrate our upcoming summer reading program theme, “Oceans of Possibilities.” The bookmarks will be judged by the Friends of the Library and there will be a winner in each age group at each of our four branches.
