Superintendent's Office
Superintendent's Message
Dear North Warren Regional School District Community,
I hope this message finds you well as we embark on another exciting chapter in our district's journey. It is with great pride and deep commitment that I serve as your Superintendent of Schools.
My vision for NWR is rooted in a strong partnership between parents, community members, and staff—working together for the benefit of every student. Students will always be our number one priority. Our mission is to create a safe school community where students are encouraged to excel academically, grow personally, and contribute positively to the world around them.
We are currently in Year 2 of our 5-year strategic plan, which focuses on advancing our programs, fostering student success, and ensuring that we continue to meet the needs of our evolving world. As part of this plan, we have begun exploring how artificial intelligence (AI) can enhance and impact education. While these discussions are still in the early stages, we are committed to understanding how AI can support both our teachers and students in meaningful ways, yet protect our students as we navigate this realm. Our goal is to thoughtfully consider how emerging technologies can help us provide the best educational experience possible.
I firmly believe that parents and community members are integral partners in this journey. Your involvement is essential as we develop innovative programs, enhance our facilities, and build a true community school. We will work hand in hand to ensure our students are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and character they need to succeed in the future.
Together, we will prepare our students for their world, ensuring that every NWR student is proud to be a Patriot. I am confident that with your continued support, our school will remain a place where students are inspired to reach their highest potential.
Thank you for your ongoing dedication to our students and our school district. I look forward to what we will achieve together in the coming years.
With gratitude and optimism,
Dr. Jeanene S. Dutt,
Superintendent
