TOMORROW IS GRADUATION DAY!
We look forward to welcoming our guests tomorrow in celebration of the North Warren Regional Class of 2023. We hope the details provided below will help you in your planning and preparation. If, however, you still have questions, please feel free to call the main office for clarification.
Arrival and start times
- Guests may begin to arrive on the North Warren campus at 9:30 AM.
- Graduation begins promptly at 10:30 AM.
Weather
An outdoor graduation ceremony is always our goal. If, however, Mother Nature does not cooperate, we will move the ceremony indoors. We will monitor the forecast closely to make the best decision possible for the comfort of our graduates and their families.
A decision regarding either an outdoor or indoor graduation will be made as early as possible tomorrow morning with a definite decision by 9 AM. The district will send an all call as soon as the decision is made in the morning. Please continue to check our website and social media accounts for the latest information.
Route 94 construction
Please be mindful that the paving project on Route 94 may cause some traffic delays. Please plan accordingly.

OUTDOOR CEREMONY DETAILS
Tickets & seating
Each graduate received 8 tickets (6 white tickets, 2 yellow tickets) for the outdoor ceremony. These tickets are needed for seating on the bleachers. The bleachers are ADA compliant and will accommodate guests who require wheelchair access. The first row will be designated for our guests who are in wheelchairs and those who are unable to climb stairs. In order to accommodate as many people as possible in the handicapped accessible seating, we ask that families limit the seating in this area to the person who requires it and one additional family member. Please be considerate of those who require this accommodation.
SEATING IS FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. We cannot reserve seats or provide extra tickets to families. Any family member or friend who wishes to come to graduation, but does not have a ticket, may sit or stand along the fence. There is no limit to these viewing areas and all are welcome.
Parking
Guests will park in the back parking lots by the stadium for an outdoor ceremony. There will be a drop off area close to the stadium field for our guests with mobility issues. Handicapped parking spots are available in front of the maintenance garage. Security and maintenance staff will be on hand to assist with parking.
Guests will not be permitted to park on campus until 9:30 AM.
INDOOR CEREMONY DETAILS
Tickets & seating
In the event of inclement weather that requires us to move indoors, the ceremony will be held in the high school auditorium and live streamed in the gymnasium. GUESTS MUST HAVE A TICKET TO ENTER THE BUILDING. Because of limited seating, only guests with WHITE tickets will be admitted to the auditorium. Any guests with a YELLOW ticket will be directed to the gymnasium for the live stream. SEATING IS FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.
Parking
If the ceremony must be moved indoors, spectators will park in the front of the school with overflow in the back parking lots. Security staff will be on hand to assist.
Guests will not be permitted to park on campus until 9:30 AM.
