Good afternoon North Warren community,
We have been in close communication with our weather service, which provides forecasts specific to our GPS location. Their guidance indicates that tomorrow’s early morning hours look clear, but there is a significant chance of rain in the late morning hours. According to our meteorologist, rain and storms are forecast to begin by 11 AM.
As we communicated earlier today, it is always our goal to have an outdoor graduation ceremony. We believe that the only possible way to achieve this goal with tomorrow’s impending forecast is to move the time of tomorrow’s graduation ceremony to a 9 AM start time. Guests may arrive on campus at 8 AM.
We know how important it is to our students and community to have an outdoor ceremony; however, if the weather changes significantly in the morning and the rain arrives earlier than expected, we will move to an indoor ceremony at 9 AM. Should this become necessary, we will send an all call to the graduates and their families in the morning.
